Position Overview


The final point of contact for patients within the facility, tasked with check-out responsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to, processing charges, collecting co-payments and deductibles, recording payments, and scheduling follow-up visits.

Assists in managing incoming calls, registering new patients, and coordinating appointments. Demonstrates the ability to handle multiple tasks while ensuring a high standard of customer service and precision. Engages proactively with patients to address inquiries and fulfill requests as needed.

Educational Requirements

A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Professional Experience

A minimum of one year in a related role is necessary. Familiarity with standard operational practices and procedures is essential.

Work Schedule

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, and Saturday to Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM. PRN availability of up to 30 hours per week is required, including working every other weekend and flexibility to work at various locations.
