The Role: Recruiting Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will play a vital part in the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling interviews with candidates and interviewers, preparing interview materials, and facilitating a seamless interview experience.
  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team on various projects, such as employee engagement initiatives and process improvement efforts.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee and candidate information.

Your Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting coordination role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all written and verbal communication.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing for clear and professional interactions with employees, candidates, and external partners.
  • Proficiency in using HR software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Google Suite.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to team success and take initiative.
  • High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
