Our client is looking for a dynamic leader to drive their company's growth and customer experience strategy. This role demands a customer-centric mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit, ensuring that the organization consistently delivers value and satisfaction to its clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and lead Account Management teams to enhance customer relationships, drive revenue, and ensure excellent service. Present portfolio and industry best practices to internal and external stakeholders. Communicate customer needs internally to align teams and develop processes for standardized customer experiences. Partner with Sales and Marketing for seamless onboarding and integration.

Qualifications:

Over 10 years of experience in Finance, Sales, Operations, Marketing, or Customer Acquisition/Retention/Satisfaction. At least 5 years of team leadership experience. Strong process improvement skills with a proven track record in meeting revenue targets. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work with a diverse workforce and operate with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Our client values adaptability, industry knowledge, and experience in Accounts Payable and Metrics.
