This newly created position is responsible for the overall development, coordination and implementation of South Bend Medical Foundations sales and marketing initiatives including the management of the sales function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships.

Successful candidate should possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or similar
  • A minimum of six years of experience in sales/marketing as well as experience managing a direct sales force. Must possess demonstrated ability to implement and achieve sales plans and goals.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills along with a solid understanding of healthcare and regulatory requirements are essential. Requires the ability to learn technical information relating to the industry.
  • Knowledge of applicable rules and regulations for Fraud and Abuse, Stark Anti-Kickback and other legal rules and regulations applicable to the sales process in healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary.
