Situated in a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, this Full-Time position provides a unique chance to contribute to and grow within one of the leading players in the telecommunications industry. It is important to note that this role is not a remote job, requiring the successful candidate to be present at our physical locations to interact directly with our client base.

As an AT&T Sales Representative with Mindset Marketing, you will play a crucial role in the direct sales operations directed at existing and potential customers. You will be responsible for enhancing the in-store customer experience, driving sales, and achieving strategic objectives directly aligned with AT&T's operational goals and brand values. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers face-to-face to effectively communicate the features and benefits of AT&T’s products and services, with a focus on Apple, Samsung, and Google offerings.
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process via direct acquisition, guiding customers from initial inquiry to final sale and post-sale follow-up.
  • Understand and stay current with the latest industry trends and the specifics of all products to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by employing effective customer outreach and marketing strategies.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and in accordance with company policies, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct and report on market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the customer experience and ensure sales strategies are aligned with company-wide objectives.
  • Participate in training and development sessions to improve sales and communication skills.
  • Maintain visual and stock displays to ensure the shop is well presented to attract and engage passers-by.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times to promote a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, ideally within the telecommunications sector or related technology industries.
  • Strong understanding of AT&T products, services, and promotional offerings, with an ability to articulate the advantages of our technology solutions.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and industry contacts.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas consistently.
  • High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment, managing multiple tasks with a focus on organization and time management.
  • Competence with sales and CRM software is essential.
  • Must be flexible with work hours including weekends and holidays as required by the retail store schedule.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for identifying potential sales leads and customer needs.
  • Must be a passionate self-starter, willing to take initiative and work collaboratively to achieve departmental efforts.
