As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will focus on email, webinar, and third-party marketing programs to drive qualified leads for our sales team. You will create nurturing and trigger-based email campaigns, deliver tailored marketing messages to targeted personas, and drive optimization through frequent and ongoing testing and analysis. Please plan to collaborate in the San Mateo office with our team 3 days a week.
AS A DEMAND GENERATION SPECIALIST YOU WILL:

  • Plan, create, and execute email and webinar programs by working closely with product marketing and partners, to jointly develop the overall positioning, messaging, storytelling, and strategic plans.
  • Analyze campaign results in detail, draw insights and make adjustments based off your learnings
  • Increase key email metrics such as open, click through, conversion rates, by implementing testing methodologies.
  • Work with third-party vendors (new and existing) to increase inbound lead flow.
  • Continuously review data to identify opportunities or problems and guide decisions.
  • Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates. Share best practices with the greater demand generation team.
OUR IDEAL DEMAND GENERATION SPECIALIST WILL HAVE/ BE:
  • Minimum 2 - 4+ years of marketing experience working in a fast-growing, pace environment.
  • Working knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Excellent written communication skills: you will be developing direct response copy for email and landing pages.
  • Ability to learn new technologies, products and systems quickly.
  • Expertise in understanding data, telling stories and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate cross-functionally
