The Business Development and Marketing Representative will maintain established business relationships, identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned verticals, develop / implement effective marketing strategies, and deliver our core values to all customers. The role will focus on the deliverables revolving around the 6 core pillars of our marketing strategy. In addition, this role will work cross functionally within the organization and with external stakeholders to achieve the duties and responsibilities outlined below. Brand Development Manage brand presence in assigned territory. Adheres to brand standards within marketing campaigns. Revenue & Financial Stewardship Meets established quarterly and annual sales goals. Adheres to established marketing budgets and allowances. Establishes ROI for marketing campaigns. Properly tracks and records all expenses in CRM system. Event Engagement & Community Influence Identify and coordinate company engagement events which promote Paul Davis Restoration brand and services. Maintains relationships with nonprofits, charities, and associations to create influence and develop new business. Establishes and maintains company social media accounts. Identifies and “posts” or “shares” relevant content based on current business cycle. Manages brand integrity on social media accounts. Prospect Mapping & Engagement The project manager will ensure that all projects are completed per municipal codes. Project Manager will determine all required permits for reconstruction projects and ensure that all permits are filed within the municipalities. Data Management Enters all companies, contacts, and jobs into CRM system. Maintains and audits data in CRM system to ensure accuracy. Records all sales activities into CRM system accurately and timely. Any other duties assigned. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. BS in Marketing is preferred. Minimum of 2 years' experience in B2B, B2C, and/or D2C. Analytical and strong organizational skills with excellent verbal and written communication. Proficient with CRM systems and lead management theory. Experience working with Microsoft Office Suites. Event planning and coordination. Experience in developing marketing campaigns to include ROI modeling. Understanding of Nextgear/CoreLogic RMS is preferred.
