Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our company as a Returns Manager. As the Returns Manager, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the process of customer returns and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This is a critical role that requires exceptional organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire returns process, including receiving, inspecting, and processing returned products. Work closely with the customer service team to resolve customer issues related to returns in a timely manner. Develop and implement returns policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize costs. Coordinate with various departments, such as warehouse and inventory management, to ensure seamless returns operations. Monitor return trends and identify areas for improvement in product quality, packaging, or customer communication. Collaborate with the sales team to analyze return data and develop strategies to reduce return rates. Maintain accurate records of returns, including reasons for return, product condition, and any associated costs. Provide regular reports and analysis on returns performance to management. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years

experience in returns management or a similar role. Proven experience with returns processes, policies, and industry best practices, while also consistently working to improve/optimize each aspect or receiving/sorting returned products. Demonstrated

problem-solving and decision-making abilities while managing a fast paced returns function. Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Experience in analyzing data and generating reports. Customer-centric mindset with a focus on providing excellent service.
