Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure the precision and quality of product listings.
  • Oversee the introduction of new product lines across various online retail platforms.
  • Facilitate customer return processes, ensuring efficiency and satisfaction.
  • Track and respond to customer ratings and reviews to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Support basic marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience with e-commerce platforms, particularly Amazon and Walmart, is highly preferred.
