We are looking for bright new team members for our Clinic Admin/Customer Service position, with effective communication skills, computer skills, organized and high bandwidth, that combines a genuine enthusiasm for customer service with a passion for health and wellness.
We are currently accepting Customer Service applicants for both our Seattle and Redmond locations, offering both full time or part-time opportunities. Schedule can be mornings or evenings and ideally with weekend availability as well. This position requires a high amount of focus and attention to detail. Our team is positive and supportive, and we work in an environment where we want each other to succeed.

***RESPONSIBILITIES***
* **Client Experience:** Delight clients with a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they call to the time when they enter and leave the Dreamclinic facility
* **Transaction Management**: Ensure smooth business operations by scheduling clients, creating invoices, processing payments as well as handling paperwork and confirming medical claim details
* **Keeper of Knowledge**: Enable client confidence and satisfaction by communicating superbly to answer any questions, in person, by phone and/or email, so folks can get the much-needed stress and pain relief that they need.
* **Caring Host:** Attend to the harmony and welcoming feel or the physical facilities, also keeping an eye out on inventory and other supplies as needed.
* **Team Member**: Work as part of a dynamic team of Customer Service professionals that are smart, glass-half-full people, that collaborate with and help each other daily.
