Position Overview

A global leader in financial technology solutions is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Manager to join their Sales and Account Management team. This team comprises experienced professionals across Sales, Account Management, pre-sales, and Sales Operations, working collaboratively in a team-selling environment.

The primary responsibility of this role is to act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients in the Americas region, including banks, corporations, and government agencies. The role involves gaining in-depth knowledge of each clients operations and current system usage to optimize and enhance their experience, ensuring they derive maximum value from their investment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with clients in the region.
  • Acquiring a comprehensive understanding of each client's treasury operations.
  • Developing and implementing account plans aimed at optimizing usage, boosting revenues, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Driving revenue growth by executing strategic market approaches, focusing on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Preparing and presenting commercial proposals that include software licensing and professional services.
  • Promoting value-added solutions to enhance client relationships.
  • Collaborating regularly with customer support, professional services, commercial, legal, invoicing, and senior management teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Representing the company at industry conferences and events.
  • Staying informed on key industry topics and trends to support client discussions.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Ability to create professional-quality customer proposals adhering to company standards.
  • Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative, creative, and problem-solving approach.
  • Proven ability to initiate, develop, and nurture relationships.
