Account Manager

Description:This position serves as the primary liaison between AMS and its clients, ensuring smooth communication, client satisfaction, and strong business relationships.This role is responsible for overall day-to-day account management, communication execution between client and AMS and ensure overall success through proactive management action. Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationshipsUnderstand clients' business needs, goals and challengesBuild and maintain relationships with assigned clientsResponsible for all internal and field operation communication to ensure client expectations are metDevelop and monitor service program performance metrics to ensure program successTakes ownership and setting objectives based on client needsResponsible for attending all meetings, trainings and events associated with assigned clientsProvide additional information or materials that may be needed with managing projects to ensure client satisfactionWork with AMS corporate support staff (to include Client Services, Operations, Accounting, Human Resources, etc.) to develop and maintain all program processes and proceduresManage and resolve all internal/external customer differencesProvide reports and updates to field and executive management team regularlyComply with all customer and AMS policies and proceduresPerform other related duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:2-5 years previous retail and account management experience required1-2 years previous customer service experience requiredCollege degree or equivalent experience requiredDeveloped client-relation skillsExceptional presentation and facilitation skillsAbility to work varied hours/days as business needs dictateTravel as requiredAbility to exhibit strategic and executional capabilitiesMust be Microsoft Office proficient with strong Excel acumenExcellent communication, presentation, written and technical skills requiredAbility to work independently and with minimal direct supervisionBenefits:Company equipmentMedical, Vision and Dental available401(k)Employee Stock Ownership with 401(k) match#AMS1
