role The purpose of this role is to prospect and maximise revenue opportunities from new customers,through the sales of new applications and services. This will be done by generating & qualifying saleslead and converting them in opportunities and sales. A smart, creative, problem-solver will deliver an aligned message that generates leads as a means toacquire new logos into our customer base. What do we have to offer?

A dynamic environment: flexible working hours and working from home Learning opportunities: through an individual development plan and professional training Career growth: whether you want to become more of an expert in your field our you want to expand your knowledge more horizontally, there is always room to grow within SD Worx What do you have to offer? 3-5 years within a Sales/Business Development Representative role (SAAS/Services company preferred) Self-starter with a track record of successful, measurable lead follow-up and sales development at multiple executive levels within an organization Strong opportunity qualification, objection handling, and time management ability Trained on call structuring, conversation control, and pitching Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills Proficient with standard corporate tools (email, voicemail, MS Office) Sales training and salesforce.com experience a plus Which task can you expect? Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready opportunities. Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop messaging that willgarner interest. Engage with prospective customers to develop new business relationships, understand thechallenges they are trying to address and determine the solution(s) that will be of value Create new SRO’s, develop profitable sales and achieve annual sales target within SMEmarkets. To be accountable for a portfolio of customers where the employee sizes are typically over 1to 250 employees. Develop a good understanding of prospect & client organisations both in terms of decision making structure and also strategic and business aims. Manage a defined territory to ensure self-prospecting and inbound lead management deliverthe pipeline required to hit target To maintain accurate customer and opportunity records within our company CRM system. To become the focal point for all prospect and customer activity. To ensure that only approved prices are presented formally to the customer. Have extensive understanding of all SD Worx proposition offerings. Being able to communicate through multi-level relationships into prospects and clients Working within a team environment.
