To assist members with operations of their plastic card accounts; control issuing, blocking, or renewal of credit cards and debit cards. To process debit card disputes and unauthorized transactions. To assist with digital banking and experience productEssential Functions & Responsibilities:Process debit card disputes and unauthorized ACH requests accurately, and in a timely manner. Completes all daily tasks by deadline. This would include ACH and Sharedraft Exceptions, returned checks and ACHs, and any other daily tasks.Serves as primary to answer phone calls in the Operations Support queue to assist with employee questions regarding member accounts. To assist in any way possible with a positive attitude and accurate results.To support the Digital Experience department by processing mobile deposits, approving and researching external account transfers, bill pay research, P2P monitoring and research, and other digital banking products as assigned.To assist other departments by processing requested services and forms (i.e. ACH Origination, Skip-a-Pay, Stop Pays, account maintenance).To review and monitor daily reports from the core system, card systems, and digital banking systems Performs other job related duties required or assigned.Knowledge and Skills:Experience: One month to twelve months of similar or related experience. Skills: Good communications skills, excellent organizational skills; proficient in MS Word, Excel, a computer Keyboard Working Environment/Physical Demands: Work involves everyday risks or discomforts that require normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, etc. Employees work primarily in an office setting under generally favorable working conditions. The job requires walking,sitting, bending, stooping, standing for long periods of time, or similar activities. Employees frequently lift objects up to 25 pounds, occasional lift heavy objects from 26 to 50 pounds, yet seldom from 51 to 100 pounds.
