Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests or clients, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service, answering queries, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information regarding the company's services and policies.
- Check guests in and out, handling necessary documentation and transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Monitor security by checking visitor logs and issuing visitor badges.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, RMS, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma.
