Description

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our team in the entertainment industry. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the legal and contractual aspects of our business run smoothly. From negotiating contracts, enforcing compliance, to demonstrating and leading full life cycle customer contract management from drafting through renewal.

Responsibilities
  • Review and edit customer contracts in accordance with internal standards
  • Manage integration of Contract Lifecycle Management software and internal tracker
  • Regularly audit contract databases for accuracy
  • Provide monthly contact update reporting
  • Implement processes and procedures to increase efficiency
  • Support sales team in pre and post award contract requests
  • Manage licenses and permits, invoices, and certificates of insurance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, law, or similar discipline preferred
  • 5 years of experience managing a high volume of contracts through the entire lifecycle
  • Prior experience drafting contractual language and redlining various agreements
  • Comfortability using Contract Management (CLM) tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate initiative and follow-through
  • Possess high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
