This role is pivotal in collaborating with Project Managers and Principal Investigators to ensure the effective management and execution of contracts throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage existing and new corporate contracts and agreements.
- Maintain and update the master list of corporate contracts and agreements.
- Act as the primary contact for corporate contracts and agreements for clients and internal teams.
- Develop and standardize corporate agreements for execution.
- Analyze new contracts and modifications, providing recommendations for changes.
- Advise on contract obligations and risk exposure to management.
- Negotiate and modify contracts on behalf of the company.
- Review contract terms at the proposal stage for compliance with company standards.
- Track contract timelines and reporting requirements.
- Oversee the execution and close-out of contracts.
- Provide necessary contract information to Project Managers and proposal developers.
- Support Project Managers and Principal Investigators with contract-related training.
- Resolve complex issues related to contract language and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and related contracting issues.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in contract management.
- In-depth knowledge of Federal contracting and the FAR.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
Preferred Qualifications:
- J.D. or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Specialized training in Business Management or Contract Management.
- Experience with Federal and State contracts and Corporate Agreements.
- Familiarity with the Cultural Resource Management (CRM) industry.
