This role is pivotal in collaborating with Project Managers and Principal Investigators to ensure the effective management and execution of contracts throughout project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing and new corporate contracts and agreements.
  • Maintain and update the master list of corporate contracts and agreements.
  • Act as the primary contact for corporate contracts and agreements for clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and standardize corporate agreements for execution.
  • Analyze new contracts and modifications, providing recommendations for changes.
  • Advise on contract obligations and risk exposure to management.
  • Negotiate and modify contracts on behalf of the company.
  • Review contract terms at the proposal stage for compliance with company standards.
  • Track contract timelines and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee the execution and close-out of contracts.
  • Provide necessary contract information to Project Managers and proposal developers.
  • Support Project Managers and Principal Investigators with contract-related training.
  • Resolve complex issues related to contract language and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and related contracting issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in contract management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Federal contracting and the FAR.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • J.D. or Master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Specialized training in Business Management or Contract Management.
  • Experience with Federal and State contracts and Corporate Agreements.
  • Familiarity with the Cultural Resource Management (CRM) industry.
