Description & Qualifications Description As an Employee Relations Investigator at UKG, you will be responsible for conducting prompt, thorough, and fair investigations. This includes background research, investigative interviews, and debrief meetings in partnership with Legal, HR, and the business. Your role will require working effectively across geographical and cultural boundaries and discerning systemic issues revealed during the investigative process. Key Responsibilities: Manage complex employment-related investigations, including conducting intake meetings, background research, investigative interviews, and debrief meetings. Partner closely with global cross-functional partners within Legal, Human Resources, and business units. Investigate complaints involving violations of law or policy, including allegations of discrimination, harassment, and other inappropriate behavior. Utilize data to help develop long-term solutions. Provide timely communication to all relevant parties throughout the investigations process. Provide advice and counsel regarding HR policies and best practices. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of experience investigating and advising on employment-related matters. Experience conducting investigations that withstand legal scrutiny. Demonstrate collaborative relationship management skills. Experience documenting investigation findings and recommendations. Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Experience protecting confidential information. Preferred Qualifications: Juris Doctorate or advanced degree in a relevant field. Project management experience. Formal training and/or Certification in Investigations. Pay Transparency The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California is $96,900 to $139,300, depending on skills, experience, and location.
