Lead Patient Care Coordinator is responsible for the overall coordination of seamless care for patients. This position balances a complex daily workload, with multiple conflicting priorities, while providing superior customer service. They will serve as a resource to the Clinic Manager as well as a mentor to other Patient Care Coordinators by providing support, guidance and training as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a Patient Care Coordinator or customer service type role with progressively increasing responsibilities.
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative medical office type role in Providence or 3 years external administrative medical office type role.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience.
  • 6 months of Progressively responsible leadership experience.

Providence Physician Enterprise (PE) is a service line within Providence serving patients across seven states with quality, compassionate, coordinated care.
