Join our team as a Program Management Specialist and play a critical role in exceeding customer expectations. You'll work closely with the Program Management Director, providing insightful analysis and ensuring programs run smoothly. Be a customer champion: Advocate for your clients, ensuring their operational needs are met and exceeded.

Become an expert analyst: Use your data skills to identify opportunities and make impactful recommendations to optimize programs.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of client documentation, from creation and compliance to feedback collection, formatting, and final client approval.

Ensure internal stakeholders and departments understand and meet client contractual requirements, exceeding expectations whenever possible.

Conduct daily program health checks, track and resolve issues, and perform regular reviews to identify areas for improvement. Report findings and recommendations to key decision-makers.

Partner with stakeholders to develop standard reports and dashboards that deliver critical client information in a clear and actionable format.

Monitor key performance metrics to ensure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for optimization.

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, proactively engaging them to maintain alignment on goals and needs.

Proactively identify potential issues, collaborate with internal teams to find solutions, and escalate client concerns to the appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.

Respond promptly to client requests and strategically coordinate fulfillment with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

3+ years in customer service, analysis, project management, client relations, or equivalent.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite

Ability to thrive in both collaborative and independent environments.

Embrace change and readily adjust to new situations and challenges.

Skilled in analyzing data and conducting independent research to solve problems and gain insights.

Proven ability to develop and maintain positive, professional relationships.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Ways to Stand Out

A Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications) is a plus.

Prior experience in account management or project coordination demonstrates your ability to manage client relationships and projects successfully.
