The Direct to Consumer team operates as an agile startup within Take-Two, with a focus on building a robust commerce and distribution platform for our game labels. We emphasize collaboration with our studios to enhance value across the organization. Your Role

As a Program Management Specialist for the Direct to Consumer platform, you will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and partnership teams to plan and execute new commerce websites and features across various labels. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and leadership capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in Product, Partnerships, and Quality Assurance to create comprehensive project plans.
  • Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies effectively, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify and eliminate obstacles to enable the team to perform at their best.
  • Promote best practices and quality standards while serving as a supportive leader for the team.
  • Drive continuous improvement through team retrospectives and process enhancements.
  • Enhance internal communication and foster effective collaboration.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project/Program Management within an Agile framework.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality products on schedule.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role for a software development team adhering to Scrum principles.
  • Proficient in tracking and communicating project status, including risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Atlassian, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
