Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in program or project management within a relevant industry (e.g., aerospace, robotics, high-reliability electronics).
  • Hands-on engineering experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills for both internal collaboration and external client interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, creatively solving problems and clearly documenting plans.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with space systems.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Confluence.
