Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

to help those we serve achieve their dreams. The home office is located in Madison, WI at our corporate office. The CFO has overall responsibility for the direction of all financial management operations with Forward Service Corporation, including our wholly-owned subsidiary, ABR Employment Services. This position also contributes to the companies view on fiscal and financial matters pertaining to goals being met and that the enterprise follows regulations and statutory requirements. PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE Oversee and direct account, finance and payroll Direct and develop annual budgets, plans and dashboards Oversee cash management; 401k plan; corporate investments Oversight and procurement of leased equipment, office space and vehicle fleet. Supervise, motivate and mentor a lean in-house team that will scale with the organization. Influence and recommend improvements across the organization that get deployed to drive value creation. Conducts regular budget-to-actual assessment with senior managers (COO, CIO, CHRO, Directors of Ops, ABR President and VPs). Make presentations to the Board of Directors regarding all financial matters. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE BS/BA in Accounting/Finance Required; Master’s Degree in Accounting /Finance or MBA preferred. Minimum of 10 years progressively responsible experience in public or private sector account, finance and administration. Experience in Governmental/ Non-Profit Account required. CPA Certification, as well as experience managing payroll, accounting, facilities, Auto Fleet and experience in the staffing industry desired. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS FSC offers a very competitive wage for this full-time, exempt position with a

minimum starting salary of $179,900/year

with additional compensation based on

direct

experience beyond the minimum requirements. Example: Meet only minimum requirements start at $179,900; with 3 additional years of direct experience start at $188,300; 5 additional years of direct experience $193,900, etc. Exce
