By developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, the Clinical Training Specialist supports the continuous professional development of clinical staff, leading to improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency within the organization. Responsibilities: Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new Providers, ensuring they are well-versed in our systems, protocols, and practices. Training and Coaching: Provide ongoing training and coaching to existing Providers to ensure adherence to key metrics and operational excellence. Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and best practices in the medical field. System Operations: Maintain and enhance system operations by training Providers on EMR systems and medical protocols. Support and Communication: Work alongside the operations and medical teams to support continuous communication and system improvements. Direct Support: Provide direct support to the Director of Provider Operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred) Current RN, LPN, or similar licensure Proven experience in clinical training and development Strong understanding of medical protocols and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and coaching skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, five days a week Excel Medical is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes candidates from all backgrounds to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
