Position Overview:

The Clinical Training Specialist is responsible for ensuring Medical Providers are thoroughly trained and proficient in our medical and operational practices and protocols. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of patient care, enhancing clinical skills, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. By developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, the Clinical Training Specialist supports the continuous professional development of clinical staff, leading to improved patient outcomes and operational efficiency within the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new Providers, ensuring they are well-versed in our systems, protocols, and practices.
  • Training and Coaching: Provide ongoing training and coaching to existing Providers to ensure adherence to key metrics and operational excellence.
  • Compliance: Ensure all training programs comply with regulatory requirements and best practices in the medical field.
  • System Operations: Maintain and enhance system operations by training Providers on EMR systems and medical protocols.
  • Support and Communication: Work alongside the operations and medical teams to support continuous communication and system improvements.
  • Direct Support: Provide direct support to the Director of Provider Operations, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the department.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred)
  • Current RN, LPN, or similar licensure
  • Proven experience in clinical training and development
  • Strong understanding of medical protocols and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
  • Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC, five days a week
