As the Product Lead, you will be instrumental in building the blockchain from the ground up. You will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and design through development, launch, and growth phases. This role demands a deep understanding of blockchain technology, exceptional leadership skills, and a visionary approach to product development.
Responsibilities:
Vision and Strategy Development : Craft a clear vision and strategic plan for the blockchain and execution layer protocols, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives.
Product Planning and Management : Define product requirements and roadmaps, setting priorities to align with strategic goals. Oversee the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and beyond.
Technical Oversight : Collaborate with tech leads to make key architectural and protocol decisions, ensuring the blockchain's integrity and focusing on high performance, privacy, security, and provenance.
Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as a bridge between technical teams, marketing & ecosystem teams, external partners, and the broader blockchain community to gather insights, build consensus, and drive adoption.
Market Analysis, Product Research and Positioning : Conduct comprehensive market and product research to guide product positioning and identify competitive advantages.
Risk Management : Identify potential risks, including technical challenges, market shifts, and regulatory concerns, developing strategies to mitigate risks.
Performance Metrics : Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the blockchain performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
Community Building : Foster a vibrant community around the blockchain, engaging with developers, users, and other stakeholders to ensure a strong ecosystem.
Regulatory Compliance and Governance : Ensure the blockchain platform adheres to relevant regulatory requirements and establish a governance model that aligns with decentralized principles.
Qualifications:
5-7+ years of product management or related industry experience
Experience in building a Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain and protocol from inception to completion
Understanding and experience with AI is a plus
Familiarity with distributed infrastructure and architectures, blockchain technologies, and decentralized services
Experience working in a technical environment with a broad, cross-functional team to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources from other groups (design, legal, etc.), and guide the team through key milestones
