Collaborating closely with Engineering and Design, we develop groundbreaking products that have never been seen before. We also partner with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to successfully introduce our products to the market.

As a Senior Product Manager for the Signing Product team, you will play a pivotal role in the heart of DocuSign's operations, catering to developers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Signers on a large scale.

Your focus will be on enhancing success metrics for your clients, formulating the roadmap, vision, and priorities, and leading the strategy to boost reliability while expanding the value and applications we offer to our customers.

You will collaborate with other internal Product Managers to maximize impact and work cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Field teams to bring innovative solutions and enhancements to market.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize your technical knowledge in API development to support DocuSign's leadership in intelligent agreement management.
- Innovate and develop forward-thinking products and features, evaluate their performance, and iterate swiftly.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, UX, and other cross-functional teams to create a highly engaging solution that delivers rapid value to customers.
- Manage your backlog effectively, advocating for and navigating priority trade-offs between technical requirements and various product objectives.
- Lead and direct the comprehensive strategy and product roadmap for your designated area.
- Advise key stakeholders throughout all phases of the product lifecycle.
- Work with Field teams to promote adoption and enhance customer retention.
- Exhibit exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to influence cross-functional efforts, driving teams to achieve results on complex, multifaceted projects.
Qualifications

- A minimum of 8 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6 years with a Master's degree.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to align strategy with customer needs, research, data, and industry trends.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Program Management, Data Science, User Research, and GTM business development roles.
- Experience in advocating for the customer perspective within the developer experience.
- Background in technical product management, particularly in building enterprise cloud/SaaS products/services.
- Preferred: Excellent written communication skills, capable of authoring complex technical product requirement documents.
- Ability to communicate intricate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering shared understanding and actionable consensus.
- Experience guiding a product from concept to launch.
- Ability to aggregate and synthesize developer platform requirements to create scalable integration solutions.
- Familiarity with delivering products using iterative or Agile methodologies, including experience with work item systems (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Experience in analyzing business and performance insights to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in creating developer documentation and resources to facilitate developer learning and building.
- Willingness to implement sample applications and code snippets using contemporary programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, C#).
