Role Overview

Our Product Management teams tackle some of the most significant and complex challenges in the software sector.

We are a collaborative global team that bridges the gap between Engineering and business, designing solutions from inception to market launch while prioritizing customer advocacy.

Working closely with Engineering and Design, we innovate groundbreaking products. We also collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure successful product launches.

As a Senior Product Manager for the Signing Product team, you will play a pivotal role in the heart of DocuSign's operations, catering to developers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and Signers on a large scale.

Your focus will be on enhancing success metrics for our clients, shaping the product roadmap, defining strategic priorities, and leading initiatives to boost reliability and expand the value and applications we offer.

Collaboration with other internal Product Managers will be essential to maximize impact, working cross-functionally with UX, Engineering, Product Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Field teams to introduce innovative solutions and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize your technical expertise in API development to support DocuSign's leadership in intelligent agreement solutions.
  • Launch innovative products and features, evaluate their performance, and iterate rapidly.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Pricing, Legal, UX, and other teams to develop a highly engaging solution that delivers immediate value to customers.
  • Manage your backlog effectively, advocating for and balancing technical requirements with various product priorities.
  • Lead the comprehensive strategy and product roadmap for your domain.
  • Advise key stakeholders throughout all lifecycle phases.
  • Work with Field teams to drive product adoption and enhance customer retention.
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills and the ability to influence cross-functional efforts to achieve results on complex projects.

Hybrid:
Employees will split their time between in-office and remote work, with a minimum in-office presence required.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree or 6+ years with a Master's degree.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to align strategy with customer needs and industry trends.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in Engineering, Design, Program Management, Data Science, User Research, and GTM business development.
  • Ability to incorporate customer feedback into the developer experience.
  • Experience in technical product management, particularly with enterprise cloud/SaaS products.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Exceptional written communication skills, including the ability to create complex product requirement documents.
  • Proficient in conveying intricate concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience guiding a product from concept to market launch.
  • Ability to synthesize developer platform requirements into scalable integration solutions.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
