Responsibilities:Our Learning Specialist is responsible for support and guidance to all Firm Team Members for general Learning and CPE Compliance support, and follow up to team members who contact the Learning mailbox or send a ticket through the Firms ticketing system (EasyVista). This role requires collaboration with the Learning Team and knowledge of the Firms Learning policies and procedures, as well as general knowledge of NASBAs Continuing Professional Education processes and procedures.
In this role you will:
- Monitor inquiries received in the Learning Helpdesk and the Firms internal ticketing system.
- Respond or escalate inquiries within the allotted timeframe.
- Utilize internal tools, platforms, or other resources to research or trouble-shoot inquires as required to research inquires.
- Provide reporting as requested.
- Update and maintain the Firms Learning Management System as required.
- Utilize general knowledge of NASBAs Continuing Professional Education processes and procedures and the Firms Learning policies and procedures.
- Assign and maintain Zoom pro-accounts for instructors who will be hosting virtual events. Provide basic support and instruction to Zoom users.
- Provide back-up support for the creation of courses in the Firms Learning Management System as needed.
- High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred
- 1-3 years experience
- Continuing Professional Education/Compliance experience a plus
- Learning Management System experience a plus
- Previous experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Ability to manage and balance multiple tasks
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent attention to written and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem solving skills
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Desire to work in an independent, fast-paced, multi-tasking role
Additional Information:
The compensation range for this role is $50,780 to $110,030. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
