Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Process and record payroll data.
  • Prepare new hire packages and facilitate onboarding.
  • Update and maintain employee records.
  • Track and manage personnel, sick leave, and vacation time.
  • Assist managers with HR issues.
  • Manage recruitment for new hires.
  • Coordinate employee health insurance enrollment.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and staff for corrective actions.
  • Update the employee handbook and health insurance benefits.
  • Record long-term and short-term disability cases.
  • Prepare EEOC reports.
  • Maintain good communication and written skills.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification is a plus).
