Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Specialist to join our dedicated team in identifying, cultivating, and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with our business goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and strengthen relationships that enhance our market presence, expand our reach, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners that align with the company's objectives and target market.Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy, including short-term and long-term goals.Initiate and manage partnership discussions, negotiations, and contractual agreements.Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to create joint go-to-market strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.Develop a deep understanding of partner products, services, and industry trends.Track and report on partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to identify new partnership opportunities.Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner offerings.Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on partnership initiatives.Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.3-5 years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles.Exposure to the Information Technology Industry would be preferable.Strong track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.Proven ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that drive revenue growth.Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and optimize partnership performance.Strong negotiation and contract management skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in CRM and project management tools.
