The ideal candidate:
  • has broad yet deep HR Generalist experience
  • is client-centric
  • is able to listen and address complex issues to fit our client's industry and organizational philosophies
  • is a strategic thinker and proactive problem solver
The ideal candidate should (among other things) be able to:
  1. conduct audits
  2. coach managers
  3. address performance issues
  4. recruit
  5. write job descriptions
  6. draft policies and handbooks
  7. interpret and apply wage and hour laws, and more.

To be considered for this position, you should:
  • 4+ years of general HR experience
  • have strong computing skills/aptitude (Office, HRIS/Payroll systems)
  • have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • have a four-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or the equivalent.
  • have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • have at lest a BA/BS in Human Resources
  • have PHR or SHRM-CP certification (preferred not required)


This is a remote position.

Compensation: $75.00 per hour
