FARHA ROOFING, an award-winning roofing company with locations in Wichita, Eads, Durango, Kansas City, Denver, Orlando, and Phoenix has an excellent career opportunity for a Business Development Manager with 3 years’ experience with sales in a similar construction field.

Our ideal Business Development candidate would have experience

working in commercial construction or commercial roofing, can work effectively in a collaborative, team-based company, and has a proven record of consistently meeting sales goals and objectives.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

Developing, maintaining, and expanding business relationships with developers, real estate brokers, commercial property owners, engineers, general contractors Produce qualified leads and provide contract proposals Customer Service and management of client relationships ensuring customer satisfaction Manage accounts and expand business relationships Creating, presenting, or responding to proposals for specific customer requirements, including RFPs and industry-specific solutions

Successful candidates must meet the following criteria for this exciting opportunity:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Three years of previous sales experience building relationships and expanding a client base in the commercial construction market selling products/services to property management companies, asset managers, REIT’s, insurance agents, building owners, architects, developers, engineering firms, and general contracting firms. The candidate should have strong knowledge and relationships in the construction market. Track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals and quotas Candidates who possess previous construction sales experience will be given preference
