The Insurance Specialist II plays a key role in meeting the servicing needs of the business and acts as an intermediary between internal teams. Possess a high level of product knowledge and technical skills. Ability to follow workflows and processes as detailed in Middle Office procedures. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure quality control. Collaborate across departmental teams to resolve any quality issues. Manage a significant volume of tasks and assist with complex accounts in addition to conducting root cause analysis on escalations from the business and being able to communicate the findings effectively.

We will Count on you to:
  • Maintains a high level of accuracy across all areas of data entry into Marsh systems
  • Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and complete work independently in the expected timeframe
  • Ability to navigate and perform research within Marsh systems
  • Adheres to compliance guidelines by requesting counsel or documentation when necessary
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle complex assignments under minimal supervision
  • Serve as subject matter expert for questions related to systems, procedures, workflows, and resources
  • Demonstrate a high level of engagement in meetings, projects, and site wide initiatives
  • Maintain responsibility for self-management and development
  • Works with supervisor to ensure alignment on goals and performance standards
  • Maintain excellent performance standards and act as a role model and/or mentor to other colleagues
  • Builds and maintains strong foundational knowledge across multiple product lines through engagement in training opportunities
What you Need to Have:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must be detail-oriented
