Key Responsibilities of a Branch Associate II:

  • Assist in onboarding new team members and provide support as needed.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience for members in the branch and via phone.
  • Engage new members in financial products and services through a needs-based approach.
  • Facilitate the opening of new accounts and various financial products.
  • Process routine member transactions efficiently.
  • Manage member account updates and maintenance.
  • Resolve member inquiries through various communication channels.
  • Participate in community volunteer initiatives.
  • Ensure the branch operates smoothly by following opening and closing procedures.
  • Identify additional member needs and refer them to appropriate specialists.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional branch environment.
  • Adhere to security protocols to ensure a safe workplace.

Qualifications Required for a Branch Associate II:

  • Strong relationship-building skills, verbal communication, attention to detail, cash handling experience, and tech-savviness.
  • Minimum of one year in a member services or similar role.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
