Job DescriptionJob Description
Summary:
This position will provide direct support to the Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Department.
Essential Duties:
-Provide clerical and administrative support to the HR department
-Administer employee benefit plans: Medical, Dental, Vision, FSA, 401k, Life insurance, Disability insurance, Worker’s Compensation, Fitness Gym, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Referral Program
-Assist with Employee Policy Manual and Employee Handbook updates
-Create and revise as needed Human Resources SOP’s
-Maintain personnel files and temporary employee files
-Maintain company accident log for SLI and Tecate
-Maintain log for employees on probation, ensuring follow up and closures.
-Send and track employee reviews
-Conduct new hire orientations for regular and temporary employees
-Coordinate writing and maintenance of all job descriptions
-Reconcile monthly insurance premiums for payment
-Plan and coordinate employee picnic, quarterly meetings, employee events
-Remain current on all required training documents
-Regular, reliable and predictable attendance
-Other duties as required

Job Specifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Must be able to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Must maintain strictest confidentiality at all times. Valid driver’s license, current proof of insurance, and clean driving record.
