Responsibilities/Primary Duties Core Duties Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent for all positions across all divisions. Source, screen, and assess candidates through a variety of methods, including sourcing databases, referrals, networking, social media and external staffing partners. Encourages and builds mutual trust, respect and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other key stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and ensure an efficient and smooth recruiting process. Collaborate with the HR Department to identify and implement process improvements that will enhance the candidate’s experience and increase the overall efficiency of the recruiting process. Ensure that all candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruiting process. Complies with organizational policies, procedures, performance improvement initiatives and maintains organizational and industry policies regarding confidentiality.

Strategic Growth Establish and maintain a robust and diverse candidate pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings. Innovate and implement policies and programs to meet organizational business needs. Develop an effective network of key talent from competitors and industry leaders. Maintain visibility to top internal talent as potential candidates for internal mobility. Manage relocation and immigration programs

Analytics/Technology Manage recruiting data and metrics and provide regular reports to leadership on the status of open positions and the effectiveness of recruiting efforts. Analyze recruitment metrics and data to provide solutions and recommendations to leadership. Build strategic partnerships and leverage technology to enhance recruitment efficiency

Recruiting Team Lead the Talent Acquisition Specialist, ensuring ongoing development, engagement, performance, and effectiveness.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field. Experience: 5 years of recruitment experience in healthcare, post-acute care or related industry Multi-state and multi-site experience Proficient with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and human resource information systems (HRIS) PC literate to include proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and Google Sheets and Docs Essential Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Ability to think critically and analytically Strong project management skills, with the ability to work independently to keep track of multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines. Self-starter, able to drive projects to conclusion and work effectively with a variety of people at various levels within the company. Strong sense of urgency.
