Job DescriptionBasic Functions:•Generate and qualify sales leads and opportunities•Meet with agricultural prospects and provide education on the benefits of Farm Drainage and the services that our company can provide•Develop and maintain good client relationships•Remain compliant with defined company policies and procedures, especially as they relate to sales•Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to management with key performance indicators and results related to both closed business and anticipated new business within your pipeline.Additional Duties and Responsibilities:•Identify areas for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.•Ensure all company safety regulations are upheldKnowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:This position is customer-facing and instrumental in making other areas of the organization perform more effectively.
