Responsibilities

•Take incoming leads for the branch
•Schedule Initial Consultations
•Meet branch objectives specific to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals
•Attend branch events to assist Loan Officer in building clientele
•Complete and maintain branch-assigned checklists, prospect follow up, file set-up, analysis' within allotted branch deadlines
•Request and obtain referrals from current clients and realtor partners
•Runs automated underwriting (DU or LP)
•Issues pre-approvals consistent with DU or LP findings

Qualifications

•Minimal experience required - willing to train
•Experience in Encompass preferred
•Proficiency in running LP and DU
•Ability to pre-qualifying clients and structuring loan files
•Must exhibit a positive attitude and be a team player
•Strong focus on customer service and dedication to delivering exceptional service
•Motivated, gritty, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
•Guidelines and various loan program knowledge preferred
