Wholesale Account Manager for Non-QM Loans

The primary role involves overseeing client relationships and executing all necessary actions in line with internal guidelines to successfully close loans. This encompasses collaboration with clients and vendors while managing in-house operations from sales through to funding. Adherence to established turnaround times and productivity targets is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison and support between Brokers, Borrowers, and various internal departments, including Sales, Underwriting, Documentation, and Funding, while ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Oversee and manage a substantial pipeline to guarantee timely loan funding.
- Request and validate third-party services related to the loan process.
- Ensure compliance with all deadlines regarding approval letters, status inquiries, cancellations, and declinations.
- Review all incoming documentation and verify data accuracy.
- Gather necessary information from brokers and resolve any outstanding conditions prior to submitting loans for underwriting.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in mortgage account management or loan processing.
- Comprehensive understanding of all relevant guidelines.
- Knowledge of Non-QM products is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with LendingQB/Meridian Link systems.
- Ability to demonstrate a proactive, diligent, and adaptable work ethic, while also being a collaborative team player.
- Proficient computer skills, particularly with MS Office applications.
- Exceptional customer service and time management abilities are essential.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to excel in a competitive, fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Exemplary organizational skills are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
