Training Development Manager Job Details
The DASIP Training Development Manager will:
- Report to the Director of Data Consumption Enablement (aka Tools) team and DASIP Ecosystem workstream lead.
- Lead the development of training and technical content to help analytics users and developers learn our tools and ecosystem, apply best practices, and enable self-service.
- Collaborate with various subject matter experts across DCE and the wider program to capture content and make it available in easily digestible formats for wider consumption.
- Ensure the content is easily findable for users and maintainable for product managers.
- Work with other Learning Development Managers to leverage existing capabilities and align with Schwab and SDA Talent Enablement methods.

Training Development Manager Mandatory Skills
- 6-10 years of experience in training and technical documentation development.
- Strong experience facilitating knowledge capture sessions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools, particularly PowerPoint and web-based collaborative platforms like Teams and SharePoint.
- Experience in creating recorded training videos for reuse and wide consumption.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record of delivery and ability to manage to a plan.
- Background checks required.

Training Development Manager Desired Skills
- Experience in data, reporting, and business intelligence tools.
- Experience working in matrixed or corporate environments.
- Familiarity with companies such as Deloitte, Wider Circle, Sysco, Accenture, and Salesforce.
