*Job Summary:*

The Quality Control Supervisor will oversee and manage the quality assurance and control processes within the manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the companys stringent quality standards and comply with industry regulations. The Quality Control Supervisor will lead a team of quality inspectors and work closely with production, engineering, and management teams to identify and resolve quality issues, implement process improvements, and maintain customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Supervise, train, and develop a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
* Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and identify training needs to enhance team performance.
* Develop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
* Analyze quality data and reports to identify trends, defects, and areas for improvement.
* Investigate and resolve quality issues, working with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
* Communicate quality issues and resolutions to management and other relevant departments.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes that enhance product quality and efficiency.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control processes and make recommendations for enhancements.
* Maintain accurate records of quality control inspections, tests, and audits.
* Ensure that all quality documentation is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer specifications, and company quality standards.

*Qualifications:*
* Bachelors degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
* 3+ years of experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
* Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards, and tools, preferably within the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. (Certified in Six Sigma preferred)
* Strong leadership and team management abilities.
* Proficiency in quality control software and tools.
* Excellent communication and reporting skills.

*Preferred Skills:*
* Experience in the commercial vehicle manufacturing industry.
* Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $52.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 60 per week

Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday

Experience:

* Kings Mountain, NC 28086 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
* Kings Mountain, NC 28086: Relocate before starting work (Required)
