As a professional and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor at Channel Control Merchants, LLC., you will play an important role in overseeing the team leaders and line employees to ensure they are fully resourced and adhere to processes necessary for completion of daily production requirements and compliance with all safety requirements. Processing Supervisor will follow all procedures related to quality, efficiency, and safety.

1st Shift

Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm
  • Oversee and executes the timely processing of merchandise• Ability to navigate the DT Remote inventory system• Assist warehouse manager and team leads with process planning, daily reports and time and attendance• Ensure assigned teams meet daily KPI's

  • Ensure new associate training roadmap requirements are met• Provide coaching and feedback to Team Leads and associates• Promote a safety culture• Ensure resource allocation as required by the operation• Supervise multiple processing teams and frontline leaders• Ensure accurate completion of employee time records• Oversees employee's productivity, implements and supports GMP's, including the proper use of equipment materials, minimizes turnover, and ensures a reliable and agile labor force
  • Filling the demands of day to day operations by stepping in and filling in for different roles when needed and completing other tasks as assigned• Monitoring the recording of all information on production paperwork• Proactively address potential issues/problems


Requirements

  • Display excellent leadership, communication and decision-making skills• Excellent organization skills with attention to detail• Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving skills

  • Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must have ability to stand, or sit, for extended periods (entire shift) and to move and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures. Ability to bend and twist frequently
  • Routinely work near moving mechanical parts such as vehicles, forklifts, pallet jacks, dollies or similar mechanical devices• Willing to work in hot and cold conditions Moderate to loud noise levels
  • Background check and drug screen required


Salary Description

$17 per hour
