The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date billing system, following up on, collecting, and allocating payments. You will carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities within specific deadlines. Tasks include account reconciliation with quick resolution, monitoring customer account details for non-payments, and other irregularities. You will also maintain customer files, collect data, prepare monthly metrics, and assist with month-end closing. Additionally, the role involves communicating with customers through various channels, developing relationships, and understanding their needs and payment habits. *MUST HAVE:

B2B AR/Collections experience Hard Skills

Experience with billing systems Proficiency in data collection and preparation of monthly metrics Ability to process receipts, cash, and A/R adjustments Experience in account reconciliation Soft Skills
