Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance web applications using the Microsoft technology stack, including ASP.NET, C#, and SQL Server. Architecture and Design: Take a lead role in designing and implementing robust and maintainable software architectures for both front-end and back-end components, ensuring optimal performance and security. Front-end Technologies: Develop and enhance user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, ensuring a seamless and responsive user experience. Back-end Development: Architect and implement efficient server-side logic and APIs using ASP.NET Core, optimizing for performance, scalability, and reliability. Database Management: Design and manage relational databases, ensuring data integrity, efficient query performance, and effective use of database technologies such as SQL Server. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions within specified timelines. Code Review and Mentoring: Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices, coding standards, and quality standards are met. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Problem-solving: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues, optimize code, and provide innovative solutions to meet project requirements. Adoption of Best Practices: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Implement and advocate for the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that improve the development process.
