Video Marketing Sr. Manager - I oversee content strategy across our key video distribution channels (Salesforce+ and YouTube). A senior content analyst to drive even stronger content performance on YouTube and Salesforce+. This person will ensure project continuity across a variety of videos, from high-priority YouTube series to on-demand events. Primarily responsibilities will include video performance analysis, video publishing, video tagging and operations, project management, and collaboration with other teams.
Speaking of collaboration, the ideal candidate will work hand in hand with several cross functional teams - content, creative, campaigns, events, and more - to build world-class video platforms, all built on the foundation of data.
On any given day, the candidate will manage objectives/focus areas that include (but are not limited to):
* Help to maintain an analytics framework to measure program performance through paid media metrics, Google and channel analytics performance data and website conversion. Proactively test, measure, and report on the impact of video content activities so videos are continually optimized.
* Compile video performance data from platforms like Kaltura, YouTube, and Google Analytics and translate into insights (for example, % video viewed, total views)
* Compile video campaign performance data from agencies and platforms like Google Analytics and translate into insights (for example, CPV, conversions)
* Manage day-to-day publishing processes and programming calendars for YouTube and Salesforce+
* Project manage the execution of YouTube and Salesforce+ video marketing in partnership with agencies and cross functional teams
* Partner with our creative and video marketing teams to ensure creative assets are built timely and to channel specs
* Help identify innovative channels (paid/organic social, brand partnerships, podcasts, online video, as well as the next "big thing") to build, move, and engage our target audience at the top of the funnel.
In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will be someone who has/is:
* Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and identify areas of optimization. Ability to navigate Google Analytics and identify meaningful insights.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives and track record for delivering under tight deadlines
* Demonstrates a passion for detailed campaign execution
* Unafraid to explore new channels and technology to reach our target audience; willingness to fail with a new strategy, and challenge the status quo.
* Strong messaging, persona and buying cycle experience.
* Strong writing, presentation and communication skills.
* Solution oriented mindset, problem solver personality.
* A proven track record building strong cross functional relationships in a matrixed environment
* Ideally 4-6 years+ experience in B2B marketing and measurement
