The Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Content Marketing Manager to join our marketing team. As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate closely with product leaders, sales teams, and engineering experts to showcase the capabilities and potential of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a content strategy that resonates with technical business leaders in the SMB SaaS tech space.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Developer Relations teams to ensure content aligns with product releases and meets the needs of both technical and business audiences.
  • Manage graphic design resources to contribute to digital campaigns, product initiatives, and customer-focused programs.
  • Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to identify high-performing content and optimize successful strategies.
  • Plan and execute content-driven marketing campaigns, including landing pages, email campaigns, and A/B testing.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in content creation and/or growth marketing with a focus on the tech industry.
  • Technical aptitude and ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content.
  • Collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset and hands-on experience with website analytics platforms.
  • Robust portfolio of content showcasing your voice, style, and ability to drive engagement and growth.

Interview Process

The interview process will consist of four Google Meet discussions with various Nylas leaders, including the Head of People, Director of Growth Marketing, Product Marketing Manager, and other key stakeholders.
