SUMMARY

As Allegro Microsystems' ("Allegro") Sales Analyst/Inside Sales, you will assist the sales team with opportunity management, forecasting and reporting. You will provide detailed updates on sales projections and highlight areas for additional investigation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist sales team with opportunity management. Ensure records are properly maintained and up to date. Track milestones and SOP timing to ensure customers' expectations are met.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management. Establish tools to assist with quarterly forecast submissions. Provide reporting on sales performance and projections.
  • Identifies ways for continuous improvement of processes to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Provide CRM oversight; check for potential opportunity duplication between the regions, consolidate duplicate customer accounts, validate new opportunities created by outside partners, and validate forecast pricing.
  • Assist sales team with customer quotes and sample requests.
  • Provide training to sales team on new initiatives.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales roles


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Demonstrated methodical thinker and problem-solving abilities, with a history of driving results.

High energy and positive demeanor

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to identify and define problems and practical solutions.
