Field Service Engineer, Image Guided Therapy (Stamford/Hartford, CT)
This position supports the Imaging Systems business within the Greater Hartford, CT area. This position will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and diagnose imaging solutions at customer sites.
Your role:
Building, deploying and/or integrating X-Ray and Cath Lab solutions.
Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing, while also resolving technical issues and offering proactive technical support.
Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment.
Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.
You're the right fit if:
Located in or near the Greater Hartford, CT area.
Associate degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
3+ years of experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a field service environment required.
Previous field service experience with X-Ray and Cath Lab products.
Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings with minimal assistance.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

The pay for this union position is
$2,310.41 weekly
. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.
