We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Front Desk Representative to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for everyone who walks through our doors. Your primary responsibilities will include managing a variety of administrative tasks and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in visitors, offering excellent customer service from the moment they arrive.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or department promptly and efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings as needed, maintaining an organized calendar.
  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is welcoming and orderly at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely delivery and pickup.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven work experience in a front desk or customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
